"Our room was extremely loud. Right next to the elevator and also adjoining room next to us extremely loud during quiet hours. Walls must have been old and thin and sound deadening non existent. We checked out a whole day early instead of finishing our stay. No support from the staff to move us to different room or mediate situation at all. Minimal support from Expedia on the chat option. Said they kept trying to reach hotel to verify we checked out? I told Expedia I had the receipt to show only one night stay. No insight was given to me only a 50$ credit to be used later in Expedia I guess. Disappointed. "

"Great beds and clean. Shower pressure could be better, but overall a great experience. The only hiccup I had was that the AC unit was so loud at times and kept waking me up."

"The front desk person, when we checked in, was very cold and unfriendly like he hated being there. We reserved an efficiency queen room and it wasn’t a queen bed, it was a double. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I woke up with a lot of neck pain. The room was nice and roomy but the sink was dirty with a bunch of dark gray debris that was smelly. The room had a very strong odor of spices that did not lighten up even with the balcony left open to air it out. Don’t stay here if you need a good nights rest."

"The rooms are nice and clean. Enjoy the fact they put multiple pillows on each bed. I also enjoy they still have microwaves in the rooms, as a lot of hotels are removing them. The breakfast is also always decent"

"The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. "
