"I booked two days stay. On the second day, the room wasn't cleaned approbally. No new bath towels and didn't changed facial tissues. Also I can see things on the floor. Not satisfied with their house keeping work. Otherwise, it's good"

"Great location next to Amazing Brentwood and Skytrain (access to city centre and western suburbs). Hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean and large and the breakfast staff were lovely. Would stay here again, if we wanted the same location"
