"Checked in and was told room was not ready asked to wait and room was ready 4 minutes later - waste of time!! Also asked if I wanted an upgrade for a harbour view room at a fee of $80 - declined and when I entered my room had a harbour view. Not sure why you need to squeeze more $$ out of guests ..."
