"Staff: The staff spoke good English and was super helpful with recommendations. Location: the hotel was a bit farther but still a quick grab ride to downtown, beach club, and other Ha Long attractions. Room: Clean, modern, and clean. The room was decent size and had everything that we needed. Other: Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. Amenities and bar was good. Overall, this was a good stay!"

"La vue est absolument à couper le souffle. J’étais au 14e étage, vraiment fantastique.! Petit bémol au niveau de la douche, pas de rideau, pas de séparation donc de l’eau partout!😅 mais c’est un détail compte tenu de la localisation exceptionnelle et des employés très dévoués!"

"This was one of my absolute favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful but also not pushy. They had a quiet but comforting presence and treated their guests with great care. The rooms and grounds were spectacular, the food was great. Bavo FLC grand golf resort and spa we made a great choice staying with you!!"

"I couldn’t ask for more! This hotel is more than beautiful! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 🌹 and the food from the 3 restaurants that we tried was so delicious! ( Yulong mansion, Roku Japanese restaurant and bar, marina’s kitchen)"
