"Hands down one of the best hotels I stayed in in my 6 weeks travel of southeast Asia. Weeks before arriving to Halong Bay, I contacted the hotel to arrange for airport pickup. Ms Kasey was prompt, professional and easy to coordinate. In person, she is kind and service is top notch, along with all staff in the hotel. I would also acknowledge the pool captain. He was so nice and recommended me a wonderful scenic walk and was so patient in translating his recommendation. Beautiful views of the bay, clean spacious rooms and facilities. My family and I really enjoyed this stay and would stay here again 10x over. Highly recommend. "

"Clean room. Not all pools were accessible at the time of our stay, but indoor pool was lovely, steam room was out of action but sauna was good. Ouside pool was cold but refreshing, a bit early in the season for this one. Restaurants good, so many food options. It took a little time for us to work out the lift and bridge access between the 3 buildings but got there. Beaches were gorgeous and Cat Ba Town easy direct walk or lovely coastal path just slightly longer. Really loved our stay here. "
