The resort is beautiful however upon arriving the room wasn’t very clean and then cleanliness around the hotel was quite poor. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

I had a great stay. It’s a beautiful place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in building 2 and had the best view of my whole trip from my room. Food was great in the restaurant. I can’t stress how great the staff are.

We had room 1602 in the middle building...it has to have the best view from a hotel suite on the planet. The hotel buildings are right on the beach and there is a nice (easy) walk around the cliffs to the town. The waterfront area of the town is currently (2025) a huge land reclaiming building site. We took a day cruise to Bright Cave and rented a motor scooter for a day to explore the island, all great fun. Our stay coincided with a national holiday so the place was really busy over the weekend and struggling to keep up with demand at breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, the place was pretty relaxed and overall the service excellent.

We don’t usually go for high rise properties, but the views from our room on the 16th floor was amazing. Wonderful balcony. Comfortable beds. Good shower. We could hear people very loud in the hallway but fortunately we slept well as fellow guests were considerate. We did not have breakfast. Beach was wonderful . Plenty of complimentary beach towels. Not enough sun beds.

Great hotel, the rooms are a really good size and we’re always clean, the breakfast had a great selection, location was on the beach and about a 15min walk to the centre of the town. Sky bar could be better, the team weren’t the best and didn’t really add to the experience . The staff on reception and were really helpful.

The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.

If you're looking for the resort experience, this was a great stay. Friendly staff, gorgeous views, very large property with lots of swimming options from beaches to pools. Breakfast had more than enough options for both myself and my husband, who is a pescatarian. During our stay there was still some new build construction going on around the property, so not all of the amenities were complete. This was not imposing nor audible from our room or the gathering areas outdoors. It was an easy walk or taxi to town with access to plenty of shops and food. Overall, we had a good experience.

Great location - poor food and service

Absolutely beautiful resort but very little English spoken. Restaurant service was exceptionally poor and food was of very basic quality. The scallops were overcooked to the point they couldn’t even be scraped off the shell and that was after a 1.25hour wait for our meals with only 10 people in the restaurant.
