I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon. The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards. A warm, friendly reception from all staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with attentive staff. Foods were replenished right up to the end of service. Clean, well appointed room. Spacious room and bathroom (with raindrop shower). Enormous bed but hard pillows. Good complimentary wifi coverage in room. Good continental breakfast selection. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Could not fault the Deluxe Room, apart from the 'hard' pillows.

Perfect location when travelling by car. Easy to find, free parking available on site and a bus stop to take you in to the city just around the corner . They also provided a shuttle bus to and from the arena on opera nights which was a great service.

Staff very welcoming and helpful especially Mario who drove us to Verona and made some recommendations for places to eat. Breakfast excellent choices and the hotel itself was very clean and in great condition. Would definitely stay here again

Went as part of a school group. The hotel was very attentive to our needs and the staff were lovely.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, but there are plenty of buses. The staff are very friendly, spotless rooms. Breakfast as a nice variety. The only problem for us was the absence of tea/coffee making facilities, otherwise our stay was excellent.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! The property is just beautiful and everywhere is spotless with great attention to detail. Everyone was so kind. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is really impressive, with freshly cooked options and lots to choose from on the buffet. When we left our car had a flat tyre and they could not have been more helpful.

The view from room 602 (Mini-Suite) was jaw dropping and enhanced by the cloudless blue sky, mill pond view of the lake and a backdrop of the mountains with snow caps. A beautiful hotel, interiors designed and furnished with no expense spared. A stay here is quite different from a typical top end hotel, in that some may perceive the service to be less polished, but it is much more personal, sincere, and for me preferred.
