"Checkin process was pathetic. The person at reception said that it’s cancelled. Upon insisting he checked and found our reservation and this process took some time and could have been smooth. The taps doesn’t have hot and cold water indicator and whichever way you turn the tap it gives hot water. No room service. There is a Arya bhawan restaurant nearby which is awesome. Virudhnagar paratha is a must try."

"Room:no 314: 2 lights out of 4, not working ,room seemed dark. Bathroom: seemed dark with 1 light. Sink was leaking. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. Tiny roach. When we checked in the doorman did not offer to carry our bags inside even for senior citizens. For foreign tourists may not feel satisfaction at this place."
