Lovely agency, but flat was very basic

Very basic flat, would have been nice to have a bottle of water, tea/coffee for the price we were paying. No mirrors in bathroom, and flat was very sparce. That said the team was lovely and met us very late as our flight was delayed. Pro, you are able to leave your luggage in anoter room.

Très bien situé

Bon accueil. Appartement très bien situé dans La Valette. Spacieux. chambres agréables. Serviettes de toilette et linge de cuisine fournis mais apportez votre savon et votre shampooing. Lave vaisselle et machine à laver (idem apportez lessive et pastilles LV).

Great location in valletta. Very easy walk to the main square, shops nearby and plenty of restaurants. Lovely apartment for 3 of us. Two large bedrooms plus two bathrooms.

Appartement qui se dégrade et sent le moisi

L'appartement donne très bien en photo, mais se dégrade : le robinet d'une des salles de douche fuit, la paroi d'une des deux douches est cassée et remplacée par un rideau, une des deux télés ne marche pas. L'appart est très humide et sent vraiment mauvais. L'ensemble est très minimaliste, rien dans les armoires, rien de joli pour la déco. Dommage pour le prix. Il y a des travaux juste devant qui risquent de durer encore de très longs mois. En dehors de cela, c'est très bien situé, mais la rue est complètement en travaux.

Good value for money but a couple of issues firstly a window pane was broken and plastic covering was the temporary fix which came unfixed on the outside and was very noisy flapping in the wind especially at nightime. A tap constantly dripped in the bathroom and finally the dining room table had a loose leg making it unstable. Minor issues but need attention.

Remarkably comfortable

This was at first sight not in the best area but actually it was very convenient, safe and easy to park nearby. The downer was the previous tenants had broken the washing machine and a bed and this was not sorted out and we couldn’t book in as arranged because of the mess made However they sorted as much as humanly possible and all with great politeness Really easy to get to the centre and the harbour Great showers and airconditioning Would stay again provided the bed etc was sorted
