"Overall I would say the hotel was good. The room size was medium. A bit tight to spread the suitcases. There was a small table with a chair. It can be used to as a dressing table bit too small for two people to sit and eat. There was a wardrobe with a safe. A small refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee etc.a tv. Iron wand iron table was provided on request. A complementary jug of water was provided every day. Room had a very small window. The room we booked was meant to have a city view but didn’t. When enquired why we weren’t given the advertised/ booked room we were told a room with city view doesn’t exist. The entrance of the hotel was accessed after going down a stretch of stairs , with heavy suitcases in can be an issue. While Ordering food the delivery people were not able to easily locate the entrance. The bathroom was stunning and the fixtures were of high quality. The mirror was lovely. They provided handwash, body wash and shampoo/ conditioner was combined, there were bathrobes and slippers. The AC was centralized which we couldn’t control so had to ask for a fan as it was too hot in the hotel in March even though the highest temperature outside was 16 degree celcius. Food was very tasty. Variety was limited but the taste of the food compensated for it. Staff were very helpful. The only downside for us was the location of the hotel , the streets were narrow and too steep. "

"Lovely hotel. Very clean everywhere. The staff are all excellent, especially Andreas in the bar. We will recommend to all our friends as the go to hotel in Valletta. Loved the roof terrace and views."

"Wonderful hotel and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! Perfect location in the centre of Valletta meaning you can easily get around everywhere! Breakfast was really nice - and the pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day! If the weather is nice I’d highly recommend the rooftop bar for a drink"

"Exceptionally clean room, spacious bathroom, EASY to operate shower. Firm matress. Quaint and elegant. Breakfast buffett very nice, great choice of complimentary hot dishes. Staff was super-attentive, friendly, and polite."

"Excellent central location rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. However this is not a hotel but serviced rooms. Also would help by saying you need to go inside and back of Starbucks to find the entrance."

"This hotel is in a terrific location. Sadly I was given the worst room in the hotel. 101. Directly opposite reception and the elevator. They could not move me night one and by night two I’d lost interest in moving. The restaurant next door does an excellent breakfast and the staff is really nice. "

"Service was exceptional. Thoughtful, personalized and friendly. Extremely comfortable room. Breakfast or dinner overlooking the gorgeous harbour is the perfect start/end to the day. Dinner was extraordinary. Everything is perfect. Spa is small and clean but assume not used too often as you are in the middle of everything in Valletta and more likely to be out and about! "
