"We were greeted by Monia, she was very friendly and happy to help with our needs. The location was awesome just south of Pizzo, with both walking and ape rides into Pizzo, a short drive less than a couple minutes. The apartment was really awesome with great views, large balcony, inside great room sizes with kitchen with gas stove, and large refrigerator, complete with dishes and utensils for use. The grounds were greatly maintained, with a large outside pool right outside the rooms, and a few steps further was a private beach area with chairs and umbrellas and access to the sea. The train station was very close walking distance to get to Tropea and more. The property offered breakfast, lunch and dinner, mostly sandwiches and pizzas, with a minimal bar area. There was adequate parking for our vehicle and the property seemed very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. I felt is was a great location and property. Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful. We appreciate all of you, and will see you again."

"Dominic, the front desk night staff was absolutely amazing. Help me through this trip. Along with helping me get a cab transfer from Lameria airport to the hotel late at night. He spoke very good English and Italian, which was very helpful on my side. We arrived late and he had made arrangements for sandwiches in our refrigerator which most Hotels will not do that. The daytime front desk was great too. Giovanni, the breakfast server was amazing. On another note, breakfast was great, the Cook does amazing job on the pastries and sandwiches, etc.. but when it comes to cooking eggs, thatโs a different story. If you want eggs over easy, youโre not gonna get them, over hard and scramble is her specialty, still good. Personally, I think she was pissed off at me as my eggs were chopped up after the first time I ask nicely for over easy. This will never be acceptable the serving chopped up eggs, in any other place She always looks miserable, Beautiful new hotel. I highly recommend this place as it walking distance to the main Tropea Centro and parking at the hotel is free. Big bonus"

"This property was very clean. The room has air conditioning that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the door room did not close well. We had to pull it shut to latch. We paid for โsea viewโ but the bushes were too high to see any kind of view. Additionally, I forgot to list that it was 3 adults. Despite the room description stating it slept 3 in the room, they made us pay an additional $100 per night for the extra adult. There is no elevator. Only stairs. So if you have a big luggage, be ready to carry it down and up stairs or roll it up the big hill outside. Overall, I was happy with the location. The pool was great, the views from the property was beautiful. The restaurant was very good. One thing to note, they do not provide bottled water. It is all extra charge for the mini fridge. Also, the beach is a micro beach. There was no live music."

"We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasnโt one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isnโt entirely the hotelโs fault, the number of pe"
