They were warm, helpful, and always ready with great local recommendations — whether it was where to find the best tartufo gelato (hint: it’s nearby!) or the most scenic spots to watch the sunset. The room was stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with high-end touches — especially the rain shower and incredibly comfortable bed. We had a beautiful balcony with a small view of the sea. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a daily highlight. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and cappuccinos with a view of the Calabrian coast — it’s the kind of morning that makes you want to stay forever. The location is perfect for exploring. Just a few steps from the main piazza, restaurants, cafes, and the historic castle, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. If you’re visiting southern Italy and want a boutique hotel that offers style, service, and soul — Piccolo Grand Hotel is the place. We can’t wait to return!"

"We booked this hotel because Hotel.com stated it was 12 km from Stilo that we wanted to visit. In actual fact it is 38 km from Stilo . We could not spend the hour in travel to visit Stilo. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were excellent in providing help and information."
