"Todo bien, excepto la foto de las palapas y los camastros en la playa no estàn.. actualicen sus fotos para que la gente que quiera pie de playa vea que no se puede estar en la playa.. tambien en ningun momento mencionan que de 3 noches solo dan un pase para cena en los restaurantes de especialidad y se llenan rapido.. la amabilidad y atencion del personal es muy buena.."

"I really like the staff friendliness except the check in staff very unprofessional. Alberto guest service and Eduardo bell hopper were great they should be in the check in service. The pool was under construction and work was being done while guest were in the pool (drilling, welding etc) it took away from trying to relax. The pool was dirty and missing tiles. The garden area was well kept but very unhappy with the pool experience. All waiters were great we got great service from Nacho (pool bar)."
