"We were the first booking for the season, so felt like we had a the whole place to ourselves. The property, and our villa, were incredible and the views out to the ocean were amazing. Loved our villa and was perfect size for our family. Appreciated the fresh fruit. Our host was there to greet us and communication throughout our entire stay was excellent. The property is beautiful, and it felt so relaxing to enjoy the sun in the Cretan hillside. Only wished we stayed longer!"

"I was put in a room and they had workers doing construction work ON MY BALCONY. you know, cutting metal with a saw, painting the fence, installing tent. So I was in a room with 4 men on my balcony peering inside for 8 hours/day. A lot of noise and smell from painting. I had multiple discussions with the property, explaining to them that that was unacceptable. They offered to change my room but only after two days because they were full. They said they did not understand why I was making such a fuss, since the other customers were fine... 😂 Zero customer service, a huge culture gap. So, very bad experience. Unless of course you are someone that enjoys men peering into your room when you are undressed... "
