This is nice mini hotel located on the beach just a bit outside of city centre. Rooms 401 and 402 specious and well set up. Good to stay for weekend or a week. Recommend to try.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was really close to the beach! Breakfast and beach access were at Teatro Resort just down the street, and their meals were excellent.

The property is nice, great customer service from staff. The surrounding area is still developing as to the unfinished building opposite. However, only a minute walk from the Sea. The breakfast provided is nice and the pool facilities. Overall good hotel and excellent staff

Excellent hotel, felt more expensive than it actually was. Pool and à la carte breakfast in sister hotel Theatro and those were absolutly luxurious. Rooms were modern and clean and the staff in Nuovo always so friendly. Not as friendly in Theatro but good enough. Hotel was quite small and not too crowded on September. We enjoyed our stay so much and if I ever come to Crete again I want to stay in this same hotel again.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to shops, the beach and local buses. The hotel met our expectations, Chara and Vasilis were welcoming, friendly and respectful. We had the basic room but the bedroom was spacious and we also had a spacious lounge and kitchen, as well as a balcony from which we had a good view of the beach. It was lovely sitting there watching and feeling the sea breeze. The rooms were clean and the room service staff was also very friendly which helped to make our stay so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely visit again.

Amazing property…nice beach. Nice food at the restaurant. They have a joint operation with Teatro so bkfst is served on the beach. The best. What made the stay was the staff. Especially Hara. She is so nice, warm and welcoming. She is a gem. An Oxette.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nouvo Crete. My room was modern, clean and had a balcony with a table and chairs and drying rack. There’s a little kitchen with utensils, kettle , coffee and tea and a portable hob. The breakfast by the sea at the sister hotel a minute walk away was fabulous and catering for my gf needs. You can also use the pool and amenities at the sister hotel which was nice. Everything was just super including the staff! I will be coming back again!

This property has a sister property that is right on the sea. We were invited to use both its beach seating and its pool. There was also a delicious breakfast included in our stay. The staff at both properties were warm and helpful. My travel friend is Celiac and the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate her needs. The only downside was the neighbourhood was limited other restaurants. It's very much a resort neighbourhood, so having a car would be helpful if you want to have better dining options.

The bathroom door is made of glass and, if someone else stands in front of it and looks through the clear portions, they can see you. That's all i have to say about that.

All in all the hotel it self was fine, nothing special. We had a lot of cockroaches that were only removed by the housekeeping after our request. But what actually bothered us was the behavior of the male receptionist. We traveled as a group of 4 young women, we had 2 rooms right next to each other. It started getting strange when he came in to our room to talk to us while the housekeeping was there and we were sitting on our terrace wearing only our bikinis. He then came through the next door room (where 2 of us were staying) to talk to us, while looking at our breasts way too much. While 3 of us went to the beach 1 of us stayed at the hotel. While she was sitting on the terrace, again only wearing a bikini, he went through the next door room (also ours) on to the terrace to talk to her. No permission from the girls staying there, to go in their room. He then came back to her, with another man, saying they need to clean the terrace, went on it for 3-5 seconds then left. Obviously by that point we felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The next day he also told us we were beautiful, what came across obtrusive. Another day he, once again, came into our room while housekeeping was there, and kept on asking what kinds of alcohol we’d drink. He was clearly disappointed to find out that we don’t drink at all. Every time he would see us, he kept approaching us, he kept on staring at our bodies. We were clearly uncomfortable but didn’t dare to say anything while we were there.
