"The room was clean. We stayed in the suite, which originally were 2 interconnected rooms, the smaller of them turned into a small sitting room area. So we kept the 2 doors open. It was handy that we had 2 bathrooms, one with a huge bath and another with a shower. We opened all the windows /curtains and although the views weren't great, we had the rooms very bright. Bed was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. The bar looked gorgeous, unfortunately there wasn't really anyone there and didn't look very inviting. Maybe some background music in the lobby and the bar area would get people to stay there more. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Overall it was a good place to stay, location wise too. "We loved the hotel. So nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Venice centre but still very easy to jump on the train and be there in 20 minutes via the hotel shuttle bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time there. We borrowed the hotel bikes to ride along the riverside and it was fantastic. The only thing is, and we didn't mind at all, but we planned our days around what time the shuttle bus ran as it only runs at certain times. Not a negative, just a consideration if you didn't want to walk back from the station (less than half an hour walk)."

"I had a medical emergency on my first night in the mddle of the night and staff was very helpful and called me an ambulance and even upon my return from th hospital everybody asked me for my well being.The pool is great ( except mosquitos :) breakfast is very good and the room and the king size bed was very comfortable.I thank all the staff for their kind assistance and attention"

"We stay there only for one night because of travelling. Is near the road but we didnt have a problem with it. We even didnt hear any noises. Breakfast were really great."
