"Upon checking we were greeted by a lovely lady that gave great instructions on parking and use of the spa. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermal spa was very nice as we arrived after 10 pm after a long drive from Sorrento. We were able to relax and enjoy the water until midnight. The next morning the breakfast as absolutely superb. We walked around the town until checkout but are going back to the hotel after our stay in north Italy this week. Also it was nice that they had a dedicated parking lot. Our auto was very safe. Checkout was simple as we were in our way to cinque terre. Very Much a 5 star stay."

"The hotel was beautiful maintained and a very convenient location. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Our room didn’t have a view, it looked onto another building which I was a bit disappointed about. The breakfast was average, too many sweet dessert choices for my taste, but there were eggs and and a nice yogurt bar. The pool area looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person but the pool itself was nice and refreshing. They could have furnished the pool area nicer considering the area we were in! The staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was very convenient with lots of parking and it was very clean."

"Nice boutique hotel. Very clean and spacious. I liked the hotel, its location and the staff. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. One of the reasons I still give 10 star review because of him and other front desk guys who were very friendly and nice. I loved the room and how it was spacious and clean. I loved the outdoor patio. I wish there were coffee machine and free water in the room as they are provided in mist 4 star hotels… for the guests convenience. Also the breakfast was ok, comparing with other restaurants in town where very delicious breakfast was served… but I still liked the hotel and recommend it."
