"Good hotel near river. Friendly staff. Quiet. Safe building. We had balcony but hotel is too short to see river. Kitchenware plenty. Large fridge. Tv had many channels with 6 main languages each. Fr, It, Eng, Ge, Sp and Arab. Would definitely go back. Bathroom is smallish but fine. Sadly there's a legal red light district 4 blocks away otherwise it would be perfect."

We reported it at reception and they basically told us it was a feature of the hotel and we had to put up with it. Basic room, limited cooking utensils. "The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. We'd definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Parking is difficult and expensive, but that's not specific to this property....that's the whole area. "

"Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...
