The staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Max, the bellman, was a ray of sunshine everyday, and always ready to help in anyway he could. The spa was relaxing and peaceful, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Lodge Tower!

The staff is wonderful and friendly and they maintain an impeccably clean property! Breakfast was great each morning with a wide variety of food. The only suggestion is that there was no overhead reading lighting nor bedside lamps in unit 293, nor means to move another lamp to plug in. Otherwise, we can't wait to return!

Our room was a bit cramped. We were not in a condo, which I think we would do next time. It was like a hotel room. They had a great hot breakfast each morning and a nice pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. The staff were very friendly. We walked everywhere and our car was parked the whole weekend. We took the gondola to the top of the mountain to see the spectacular fall colors which I would recommend!

The staff and amenities were amazing!!! We loved the daily breakfast, and afternoon snacks. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The spa and outdoor pool/ hot tub were very nice after a long day of skiing. The proximity to Gondola One and ski in ski out really was the highlight of our trip. The room was lacking though, needs to be updated. Since every room is different and owned by individual owners it’s unfortunate you do not know what you’re going to get. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was too light for a cold Vail night. Could use an upgrade to a warmer down comforter.
