"Great hotel, excellent location -- close to bars and restaurants, but tucked away in a calm street. The staff makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed -- plus the coffee maker makes a kick-ass Chai latte."

"This hotel was a great back up when the nearby conference hotel was full. The breakfast was exceptional compared to the typical hotel free breakfast. Also, the Wednesday happy hour social was well done. The room was functional with full size refrigerator, stove top (that we did not use) and microwave. Strangely there was no glassware in the room, but we probably could have asked the front desk for a wine glass. The hotel store did not sell alcohol but the wine and liquor store a few blocks away in Fresh Market was a good choice with friendly staff. The hotel is literally across the street from the Marriott and Four Seasons on the waterfront."
