What i liked it was close to transport,many dining options. The owner very friendly and made sure i was comfortable.

This is a charming boutique hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Janey the cook and her assistant Anushka prepare delicious meals, which are served directly overlooking the sea. Villa Anakao is not situated in a tourist spot. There is a nearby fish stall on a nearby beach which is worth a visit. This hotel is certainly not posh. It is real Mauritius, but is nevertheless a great place to relax after a day of exploring the island, and a fraction of the cost of the much smarter big brand...

Amazing experience, I recommend for everyone. The food is delicious, the service is 7 stars. Nice people, nice view.

Great service, lovely staff, and very clean

The hotel is situated next to the lovley beach.There is a beautiful garden with small swimming pool.The singing birds were waking us up for breakfast which was a buffet outside the main building.We enjoyed having breakfast in The sitting area with tables and chairs with a view of the ocean. The hospitality of The staff was great,always smilling and happy to help despite us not speaking French. The manager and her Assistant were brilliant,offered a lot of advice on places to visit and activities...

Great hotel, I arrived a day late and my room was waiting. The gentleman at reception organised a early morning airport transfer and the shower was very good. Thank you. Also the location offers the chance to see another aspect of Mauritius.

Myself and my new husband spent 10 days at this beautiful little gem, for our honeymoon. I can not rate it highly enough. I had my reservations after reading some of the negative reviews......but am pleased to say that our experience was perfect from beginning to end.
