"This place is so beautiful the pictures can’t capture all of its beauty. The charm, style and architecture is luxurious and unique. All of the staff were friendly, patient and helpful with arranging tours and transportation. They cooked breakfast every morning which was tasty and convenient. The location is a short walk from the basilica and red tour bus stop which made it easy to visit tourist attractions in the area. This was truly a home away from home and I enjoyed every moment of it!"

"So much wood and a very ample space. Clean and the staff aiming to please. I'd rather stay here than in an expensive hotel - much more room, kitchen, living room, multiple bedrooms with balcony. It is at the edge of the Historic city so choose your route home wisely after 8pm. The place looks like the pictures posted. So charming. Loved our stay."

"There were so many small details missed on this rental. None of the kitchen appliances were plugged in or working. Nor could I plug them in myself. The only finishing on the wall was a mirror that should have had a light bar around it. The light didn’t work. There were towels missing from one bathroom. "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"El hotel está en la mejor área de Quito sobre una calle principal que te lleva a a 10 minutos caminando a un Mall grande. Sobre esa calle hay restaurantes y cafeterías. El hotel en sí es bueno clase turista superior con un cuarto amplio El desayuno es bueno con variedad y posibilidad de pedir a la carta. El personal es amable y correcto. Tienen una cafetería aparte muy buena. La relación calidad precio es correcta. Me gustó el hotel."
