"Central location, close to the high street. Pool and sauna are nice. Only wet sauna but fine for us. Clean room, quiet, staff were nice, we even got a complementary wine bottle for not having room service. Parking is expensive in the whole area (even with hotel discount), most of the hotels don't have own parking.We booked a much cheaper parking outside city center for two days and took an uber to the hotel. We had a nice experience and would return."

"Very clean hotel in a lovely location, however the noise just after arrival from the function room on the same floor was off the scale, we stayed for 2 nights and on Easter Sunday we were woken at 8.40am with the same noise from the function rooms I believe a wedding was on. I emailed reception but as yet still not had an answer as to why the volume needed to be so loud the room was vibrating so that along with the £38 car park charge has left us not wanting to come back ever again."

"Brilliant staff-friendly, helpful, excellent food, quantity and quality, plenty of options. We had a twin queen room, massive comfy beds, big room, strange setup bathroom but still clean, could do with a spray air freshener in there though. Not bad location, free parking, rooms very warm. Didn't have dinner in the restaurant so can't comment, but it's the same restaurant for breakfast and that couldn't be better. Breakfast items replenished efficiently. Thank you to the staff for a great stay."

"My Easter stay at the Celtic Manor was faultless. The staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. A heartfelt thanks to the member of staff who helped me with my bags and gave me a lift to the upper carpark. I am elderly and this gesture was really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a lovely swim in the pool and appreciated a stint in the sauna, which was thoroughly relaxing. The breakfast was brilliant, as always, including a cooked breakfast, choice of fruit, yoghourts, toast etc. I am a coeliac and this is catered for. Thank you, the Celtic Manor, for making mine and my family`s stay so enjoyable !"
