"Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren. "

"We loved every minute of our stay. I booked an apartment for my 89 year old mother, my daughter, my 1 year old grandson and myself and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I especially appreciated how accommodating everyone was from the kitchen at the restaurant making a special dinner for us on our first night there to reserving a table for us at
breakfast
everyday so that my mom wouldn’t have to go up and down a few steps with her food. There was a high chair waiting for the baby at the table...

"Sehr gute Lage, Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig sowie hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Apartmenthaus soll aber demnächst modernisiert werden. Das Frühstück war super, alles frisch zubereitet und sehr abwechslungs- sowie umfangreich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt."
