"LORENZO at the front desk reception helped us a lot. He advised us on transportations to Madrid as well as the best tourist travel pass to get. He also gave us a really nice room with a view and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Room was always cleaned and tidy. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Subway station and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended !!!"

"This is a great option near the highway if you have an overnight stop. Close enough to walk to a shopping mall with loots of restaurants and shops. Free curb side parking. Great full breakfast!."

"Housekeeping every single day, nice people at the front desk, little croissants, and expresso coffee available 24/7. Plates and silverware available if needed. Refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast. The rooms are big and beds are really nice. Even with the renovations going on and the noise it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again in the future. There is a Mercadona supermarket behind the hotel, restaurants close by, recommend Daytona restaurant. 2 minutes walk. Everything was good!"

"In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)"
