"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! "Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this."
