The staff was not friendly at all. It felt like a big inconvenience for them to help you with anything so we really tried to not ask for much bc they was rude. The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capitol Square
The bathtub was broken and so was the sink the staff was great and the air didn't work in the bar.

We loved everything about this place! Totally upscale with down to earth staff who were ready to help with anything. We enjoyed walking to a restaurant close by and then did some shopping - all on foot! A total 10/10!
