"飯店位置優，硬體設施完善，但仍有以下缺點值得改善： 1.飯店一樓至三樓樓梯出口有明顯吸煙味，推測是吸菸室傳出來，對於有小孩的家庭蠻扣分 2. 9/12、9/13風平浪靜大太陽，結果沙灘竟然沒開放，不讓遊客下水，最終只能開車去瀨底島希爾頓飯店前的沙灘玩，那早知道是不是應該訂希爾頓飯店就好？ 3.連住兩晚早餐菜色無變化，且使用免洗筷，還是品質不太優會刺手的那種"
