Two things are quite impressive: one, staff welcomed us warmly by showing us to our room upon checking in and also made the appropriate room arrangement for us as desired; two, both Christmas Eve and Christmas night dinner table were fully booked but the staff at the restaurant as well as the Bar made it easy for us to order food from the kitchen at the bar and we appreciated it very much.

One of the top luxury resorts in Scottsdale! Staff gave impeccable service to help make my family’s holiday stay a success. Richard at the front desk was particularly helpful and we appreciate the extra mile he went for us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Pool, food and amenities were top notch.
