"Everything was great! From the front desk, cleaning, and the room. It had everything but the microwave. Spacious, comfortable bed. "

"If i could give minus 5 i would. First off google doesnt even know where totake people for the endtry so we were lost for 2 hours and ended up in a trailor park trying to take us on a dirt road that was blocked. They had take people to this horrible stay. Had bugs in the tub and dirt. Door lock was broken. And the room in pics wasnt the room they gave me. And they wouldnt switch my room to the one they paid for. Rude receptionist. Sliding door broke n and wouldnt even open along with broken lock. Ice was all the way up a hill. Horrible stay and they wouldnt even refund ys. They literally denied all contact. I have called 3 times leaving my info with front desk and they always say the manager is unavailable. Either because its a weekend or because they are on vacation. Not a way to run a business!so we "

"The location of this hotel is right next to the freeway, so if you like leaving the window open at night for fresh air, choose another location. The recommendations flyer for restaurants were all closed - needs to be updated badly. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. Will not return. "
