"Friendly staff"

"Hotel check in is sort of late - 5pm, but they will store your bags for you while you go out and explore. Concierge/bell man Chad was super friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring Old Quebec - only a 12 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac. The room service menu is good and very reasonably priced. Cheaper than eating in the area restaurants. We ordered from there several times and it arrived hot and delicious. We shared wings, pizza, a wrap, onion rings and fried pickles during our 4 day stay. Eggs Benedict for breakfast too. There is a nice coffee machine in the room - coffee is pretty good. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Pool towels are skimpy and sad - definitely could use an upgrade there. All in all great service and comfy room. Would stay here again."

"This has been on my bucket list for years and it did not disappoint. We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely property and beautiful city. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The building itself is beautiful, and the location is fantastic — close to so many great spots. Parking can be a bit tricky, but the staff are super helpful and will guide you to the right place. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again."
