Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational Area Trip

The staff at check in were a bit grumpy. The rooms were ok, very basic and uncomfortable beds that slide when bumped into. Breakfast and hotel amenities were good.

Staff was great, room was clean and views were beautiful.

Great room and polite staff and excellent restaurant and location.

When choosing a hotel, some people want The most modern buildouts, amenities they aren't going to use, and status that doesn't matter in the end, and thats not to say Eurostars wallstreet lacks any of that. I choose Comfort and a place where the staff remembers you and strives for service of the highest order. Everytime I book a stay, Facondo and melisa, and their team are their to take care of me and it shows. The rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in Manhattan, and at night the area is quiet..for NYC. Spectacular location. Spectacular service. I book here every time Im in NYC, which has been going on 5 years straight. I finally decided not to be dumb and become a member this year in march, and I have stayed at this hotel so many times I am about to be a gold member. If you want feel like a new Yorker and not a traveler, this is your hotel.

The view from the room was amazing. it was also in a prime location next to 42nd street.
