This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

Absolutely a fantastic experience from start to finish, the staff were extremely polite and helpful The owners were on site and made us feel at home, on arrival the owners daughter booked us in and I have to say she is a real credit to her parents Thank you for a brilliant experience Lennie

Rooms are huge, breakfast is nice, 20min drive to Sudlefeld lifts

Everything was perfect. Nice breakfast, staff was attentive. Room was clean. Location is very good. Highly recommended.

Great staff great breakfast and location, pool new and modern! Could do with a fridge in room and air conditioning though! Only complaint! Especially a fridge.

Tolles Hotel. Schöne saubere Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück. Absolute Empfehlung.

A wonderful hotel full of character, with lovely staff and very clean. My room was huge, although I cannot comment if all rooms were of a similar size. The food was excellent and the quiet location was lovely. The only criticism I have is that my stay was only 2 days- I wish I stayed longer!

Clean room with a great view over the lake.

Excellent breakfast. We especially appreciated being able to rent e-bikes directly from the hotel, including options for children. It made it easy for us to enjoy some fantastic, family-friendly trails in the surrounding area.

We were worried about staying after reading other reviews but we couldn’t really fault it! We arrived late in the evening (9pm) and had to call the receptionist to check in (this is the only negative point we have, it would’ve been nice to check in straight away and quickly given we’d just done a 10 hour drive however once we’d called them they came quickly and we checked in with no problems) room was clean, comfy and well equipped. We had a really quiet and comfortable nights sleep and checked...

One word FANTASTIC!! Thank you to all the staff that made my stay truly perfect...

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host. The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly. The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk. The location on the lake was perfect. We could not fault the hotel in any way.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved.
