"Had a great 7 night stay at the ROK hotel. Was there for Jamaica Carnival 2026. Friendly staff, very accommodating. I opted to include breakfast for the 7 days and was not disappointed. Buffet menu was fresh and good variety of local flavours. There was also the option to order from the menu at no extra cost. Pool Bar was my favourite, great vibe, not over crowded and great photo opportunities. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. "

"Beautifully landscaped property, the unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We set up an additional bed in the living room and it worked out perfectly! The hostess was lovely and helpful. I would stay there again!"

"I booked this hotel mainly for the location, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the rooms face the road and are noisy, and music was played constantly, 24 hours a day. It was not extremely loud, but it was always there and became very annoying, making it difficult to relax and rest at night. Breakfast was poor quality. I tried dinner the first night, and the rice was clearly reheated and poor quality. They only offered chicken strips. I also found what looked like hair or towel fibers in the food, which was unpleasant. The price was far too high for the quality of the room and service provided. The only positive point was the housekeeping lady, who kindly helped me with ironing. She deserves the stars, not the hotel. I arrived at 1:25 PM, and although check-in was at 2:00 PM, they made me wait until 2:00 with no flexibility. Overall, I would not stay here again."

"From the beginning to the end was horrible. There was no hot water in the shower I had to use two cups to catch hot water from the sink to bath. If you turn the shower on water would be sprinkling out the shower onto the floor and wall. The shower curtain and shower was all moldy. The walls was dirty and the bed spread had brown stains. It’s a very secure area that I do love but they need to actually take their time and fix the place and do a better job at keeping it clean. I was traumatized the whole time."
