My stay here was 10 out of 10 the room was very clean & nice, & the staff as well as the house keepers were very nice and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped just the refrigerator wasn’t so 100 but the Air Conditioning was very good. My husband and I love this place to where I’ll recommend people to stay here we fault safety with a 24hrs security guard. If I visit Jamaica again I’ll definitely stay at this place. And last the breakfast was very good!

The staff were great! Very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast every morning was good, the pool was clean. The location is central which is good but means lots of noise from traffic. The first two days of my stay there was sounds of construction outside my window until late evening. The rooms need a little updating, the walls could use fresh paint, no full length mirror in the room, no microwave, the kitchen looked dingy, didn’t even attempt to use. Overall it was good for a short stay

Quaint , felt like family

Quiet, clean and prime location. Rooms are clean , staff friendly breakfast is a plus , the local option with the intercontinental option elevated the experience. Staff always checking if eveything is alright and ensuring that guest are comfortable. Only negatives is no disability access to resturant or higher floors.

I chose this property mainly due to its location near the US embassy - it was a pick-up/drop-off location for a tour I was going on into the Blue Mountains. The rooms they have are fine - fairly small (at least the one I was in), but well laid out; bathroom was clean and recently remodelled; the water was a bit iffy from the faucet, though. It also had working air conditioning, which was a nice change from my previous location. The service was not-so-great: their service staff didn't show up to open their restaurant (ended up going across the street), and no one was available at 2 PM to access their convenience store. (There's a shopping center just down the road, though.) The desk receptionists were fine, though. That being said - there's an Indian hooka bar/dance club right across the street that serves good food - nice folks that run it (I had lunch there, and it was exellent), but they are loud at night, and kept me awake. (but it was Saturday night, so maybe that's an exception to the general rule.) The general area around the hotel is actually decent for some things - the Bob Marley museum is just down the road (I walked to it), there's a decent-sized shopping center a block down the other direction, and the aforementioned hooka bar/dance studio with excellent food is across the street. However, I wouldn't call it a "fun" location - more "servicable".

I had to be there 2 twice in a month because my brother was in the university hospital, then had to come back when he passed but I chose the same location because of the service and the proximity to Up Park Camp because he got a military funeral it worked for me and 12 other family members!..we’re going to come back again, I have to be back in the island come January and your a possibility for me then too.

I stayed for only one night because I had an appointment at the US Embassy, which was about a 10-minute walk away, if that much. The property is close to a busy street, but I found it very convenient for my trip. The property was clean, and the first thing I noticed when entering the room was how great it smelled. There is hot water, and I really appreciated the kitchenette and amenities that were provided. There were a few minor issues. The doors are not completely sealed, so insects can get in. The fridge was not plugged in, and it took a little effort to set it up, but since we were only staying one night, it was not a major inconvenience. The rooms are also not soundproof, as I could hear conversations from the room next door and even a phone vibrating. The staff was very polite and courteous. Parking is available, although the spaces are a bit tight. There is security at the gate, so I had no concerns about the safety of my rental car. Overall, I would give this property 4 stars, and I would stay there again.
