"the Harper is a very misleadingly advertised property. My room was really unclean, with a very rank stench that no amount of aircon or disinfectant could remove. The bathroom stank of urine especially after I had a shower, which was very puzzling. "Seriously, this hotel needs some renovation, everything (especially in the room) looks old, smells old, feels old. On the other hand, for the price I paid, it was more than expected. The bed was comfortable, AC worked well, wifi was fast enough for the web-based project i was doing, electric kettle (i drink only hot/warm water), water dispenser (in the corridor), and hairdryer in the bathroom.
