"What a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!"

"I really like the location, it is more low key than other parts of Medellin with a small plaza right in front and lots of local dining and shopping options nearby. The balcony rooms are spacious but the toilet could use an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and they store luggage even for extended periods of time. "

"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star!
