After handling me a letter and sending me to a "comparable" room across the river, I was dismissed. The comparable room featured broken lamps, broken down double beds and torn wallpaper. The bathroom was horrible. The worst room I have ever stayed in. I will not book with Marriott again. Hilton has never treated me like that. "

"It's my fault for not realizing the balconies facing the river are also located above the highway. I was not able to sit outside in the night or morning due to the insane traffic noise. Again, my fault for not researching more. Paid a premium rate for the room and couldn't even use it. "

"Super cute hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. The bed was so comfy, and the bathroom was nice and big. "

"The hotel looked brand new. Carpets showed no signs of where. The lobby was immaculate and smelled great. There were several great options for continental breakfast. The staff especially Jake and Stephen were amazing. The only drawback to my stay was that the mattress was uncomfortable and I had a hard time getting a good sleep. The hotel is located about half a mile from fourth Street and it was very easy to walk to and from."
