"The room was clean. I booked it for the indoor pool but when I got there it was down for maintenance. That was never told to me When I booked, not when I called to make sure they had an indoor pool nor was it on the website. When I called for extra blankets I was told to come down and get a set. I booked a studio room so I feel extra blankets should have already been in the room. The hotel seemed short staff as it was long wait times at the counter whenever we tried to check in, check out or ask a question. "

"My first night, there were two young children about five and seven years old running up and down the hallway screaming at 1 PM then again at 3:30 AM. The parents were yelling shhhhh! There are signs everywhere telling about a 10 AM quiet requirement. I travel the world talking about customer service so may be overly critical but… I had a 7 AM meeting 20 minutes from the hotel. I arrived downstairs at 6:25 for the 630 breakfast at the hotel. At 6:30 there was nobody there and no food. 635 still nobody. At 6:40 AM I heard someone in the kitchen, but now I was going to be late for my meeting so, I grabbed the the only thing that was available – a yogurt. There was no color. I went to the door of the kitchen and asked the woman who is preparing the food if I could have a spoon. She said no. She continued to tell me that I could wait until she gets everything out. I thought she was kidding. She totally refused to give me a spoon and continue to tell me how much work she had because she is the front desk clerk and the morning breakfast person. Craziness. They work a room has two machines… Mom was out of order. The other was a clunky stationary bike. They did have some free weights, but that was all. There is a decent Denny’s-like restaurants in the parking lot, but nothing else around the hotel except a gas station with food"

"Great staff.... We stayed in a king room with accessible bath and it was comfortable, even had TWO chairs! So many places we stay at only have one chair so a couple can't really sit and talk, have coffee, etc unless someone sits on the bed.. so we appreciated that. "

"Exceptional Stay – Spotless, Convenient, and Top-Tier Service! I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Super 8 in Hershey! The location is perfect—it’s just a stone’s throw away from the Giant Center, Hersheypark, and the Tanger Outlets, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping. A huge shoutout to Pritesh at the front desk, who was incredibly hospitable, polite, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care! The housekeeping staff was equally kind, and the entire place was immaculate. To top it all off, the breakfast was great and super convenient for getting a quick start to the day. For the price, quality, and service, this is easily the best place to stay in the area. I’ll definitely be back!"

"When we arrived, we were assigned a room next to the elevator. The noise kept me awake so I didn't get much sleep. So, the next day my wife talked to a staff member by the name of Jayden, He reassigned us a new room on the spot, down from the elevator. Then I come home from my trip, and someone charged the room on my credit card I used for the $50.00 deposit, the full amount of the room that I had already paid for. So, I called the Hotel and once again I talked to Jayden, who took care of it right away, who is awesome at his job. I want to thank Jayden and the woman that works the continental Breakfast on the weekends for making my stay at this Hotel pleasant when everything else went wrong."

"The staff in all areas were very pleasant, the breakfast was good, coffee great, and the bed was just right. However, I was disappointed with how small the room was-- I have never stayed in a room so small for the price that we paid. We had to move furniture just to have room for 2 large suitcases. There were no cabinets/ dresser/ closet to store clothes. It was a tight space for the price! "
