"We enjoyed eight nights at this beautiful, quiet property away from crowds, yet lots of places to explore nearby, with a car. The owner and staff were very welcoming, kind. Breakfast on private patio of room each morning and beautifully decorated, spotless room. Pool amazing and still open in October although cool. "

"The host is the best!! I was tired after a long day but the host was super helpful in all my questions and responded right away. There was parking for 10 euros which was great for us. The room was spacious and very cute. We also appreciated the espresso machine and the breakfast that came with it. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "We found this place on the road after out itinerary changed. Pierolucca could not have been a warmer or more welcoming host. He was lovely. The rooms were basic but clean. 400 meters from the beach. Breakfast was wonderful if you have a sweet tooth and like homemade baked goods"
