"This is a beautiful property with easy access to historic gaeta and Formia. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming. There is a large pool for children and adults that is to be enjoyed when not able to access the beach. Breakfast offers a variety of cold and hot options along fresh fruit and locally baked goods. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend this property."

The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car. It was also close to shops and about a 15 min walk to the old town where most of the restaurants are. We tried Sfizi & Delizie and loved the food and the entertaining owner.
The place was super quiet and in our case came with a lovely patio. The towels were thick and soft, which is...

"The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach.
If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome."

We were greeted each morning with heartwarming staff like Pepe and Flamigna who went over and above to serve us and included warm conversations. Silvio also deserves recognition for his work. "
