"This is a beautiful property with easy access to historic gaeta and Formia. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming. There is a large pool for children and adults that is to be enjoyed when not able to access the beach. Breakfast offers a variety of cold and hot options along fresh fruit and locally baked goods. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend this property."

The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car. It was also close to shops and about a 15 min walk to the old town where most of the restaurants are. We tried Sfizi & Delizie and loved the food and the entertaining owner.
The place was super quiet and in our case came with a lovely patio. The towels were thick and soft, which is...
"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently.
We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service

"The hotel is located on the beach with breathtaking views from our balcony. Our breakfast was included which was delicious and an abundance. We were greeted each morning with heartwarming staff like Pepe and Flamigna who went over and above to serve us and included warm conversations. Silvio also deserves recognition for his work. "
"My biggest issue was the cold shower at 10pm...one of the staff blamed it on the water heater. The interior of the B&B was not heated (in November). Most of the staff were far from friendly. The 8 euro breakfast consisted of something like banana bread and instant cappuccino out of a machine.
