"If you're looking for value and location, this is a good stop. We spent one night, it was about a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than that down to the river and city center. Weather was pleasant during our stay so we were able to close the window which blocked most of the noise. They give you earplugs, so that gives you some idea of potential noise.
