We booked this as only accommodation we could get for a touch tournament in Mudgee. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the serenity and of the accommodations to its fullest. i would love to go back and be able to enjoy the facilities that are provided. Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires.
