"This property offers lovely facilities and wonderful food at their restaurants and exceptional service while dining. All staff members are very attentive and ready to help. The only drawback was the shower stall that was not totally clean. There is much scum build up around corners and sink fixture could be cleaner. Overall, it was a pleasurable stay and we would stay again when in Mangalore. Very good value for money spent."

"Although the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful with arranging cabs, the hotel needs to improve on a few things - very small rooms especially restroom had very little space; noisy due to a pub being open in the same building which was giving off loud music which could be heard throughout the building."
