We had a great time staying at this hotel. Good and fast WiFi connection. My husband had to work remotely and he had no issue with the connection. Walkable to shops, spa, and restaurants. Welcome and attentive staffs both at the front and restaurant. We added breakfast with the stay. There were various food options, but it’s on the sweet side. Anyway, we enjoyed staying here and would consider it for next trip in Udon.

Upmarket and we’ll priced

Location okay as in easy distance to bars and restaurants. Bar and restaurant staff are amazing with some English spoken. Reception staff also vey friendly and accommodating. English spoken fluently, well done front of house. Hotel is upmarket and very well priced in all room types and sizes. Try the suites, you won’t be disappointed. 350 Baht transfer to Airport in a spacious air conditioned vehicle.

Family friendly hotel with extra bedding available

A pleasant stay at this very well kept hotel. The facilities used here are top line from brands like Kohler as well as marbles. The room offers larger beddings than we have experienced. The lighting is quite relaxing. Stated with my wife and 12yrs old son. You can choose a regular double or twin room and opt for extra bed for a small extra fees paid directly at the hotel. I will be staying here again.

I love this hotel. The room is big and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the people are kind and gracious. My disappointment was that the gym and pool were closed for renovations. Honestly, if I would have known that, I would have chosen another hotel. That said, I will be back here and I loved it.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms, as well as a good location for the hotel. There is also plenty of free parking directly at the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We would particularly like to highlight the excellent customer service! We forgot our passports and cash in the room safe. They sent everything to our next hotel by express delivery, completely hassle-free and free of charge. Thank you very much for everything! We can highly recommend the De Princess in Udon Thani!
