Wonderful hotel, great location and staff were friendly apart from one woman Mariana or Marina from reception who was rude after we had checked out, will be reaching out to the hotel to chase up on this. Leon was really helpful and would like to recommend him. The hotel genuinely tries to earn its rating.

A perfect stay in a very nice hotel that, warrants 5 stars.
The view was amazing and we even got treated to a late night firework display literally outside our balcony.
The only gripe was as I was on the main floor by reception, it did get a bit noisy but it wasn't that big of a deal for me because everything else made it worth it.

Fabulous hotel. The staff were wonderful (especially Harry, the Front Desk Manager who is a credit to the hotel). The room was exceptional with a view to die for, the bed was comfortable, the shower first class. The breakfast was something else with the vast choice. When in Opatija don’t stay anywhere else!

A recently renovated villa. It offers good service and an excellent restaurant. There is a free car park and it is a short uphill walk to the splendours of Labin's old town. There is some traffic noise from the neighbouring road.

Had a great two bedroom family room both had balconies with sea views and their own bathrooms.
We ate in both restaurants and both were great!
But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. They are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We felt thoroughly looked after.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. Katya was so helpful, even delivering us an infant cot late in the evening. The pool was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing.

Amazing stay! We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience.
We had a clean, well decorated room. We had access to a beautiful and clean outdoor pool. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were well kept and views enjoyed.
From the outdoor pool, we can access the sea and enjoy a nice swim in a safe marked area.
We enjoyed our half board though would have liked more variety (we found the most of the dishes were repeated in all meals).
The staff were helpful with our questions and supported us...

This is our seventh year back at this hotel. The hotel has changed ownership, and some changes have taken place. Unfortunately, not for the better. First, parking is now a paid service. 20 euros per day is a significant increase in the cost of a vacation, especially if you're staying for a week or more.
