"The property is gorgeous. Such a unique experience of staying in a cave. The views are breathtaking. We had our private courtyard looking ice the valley. Breakfast area with the pool is unbelievable. The buffet and the service was also outstanding. A couple of small negatives are - WiFi is unstable and not available in many of the common area. Also no WiFi in some parts of the suite - because it is a cave, things are always falling from the ceiling - you cannot walk to the town but the hotel provides a shuttle. It would have been great if they mentioned that during the checkin We would absolutely recommend this place. The negatives did not take away from the wonderful experience we had at this hotel "

We love the little tiny things that the hotel staffs try everything to make our vacation be the best experience to stay there. Little welcome notes with handwriting is so nice and the house keeping team are the best. We met the lovely staffs in this hotel always give the best service for us while we stay in the hotel. The garden with peacocks is the so cute and the view is over the top. The heated pool is fantastic in the very cold winter. We loved every single things in this hotel will be back soon ❤️."
