Wonderful hidden little place. Very beautiful, perfect stay for a romantic trip. The bed was very comfortable, good TV channels, bathroom was lovely, the staff was extremely accommodating.
We spent 3 nights at this property. We stayed in one of the wooden rooms with a view on the common swimming pool, it’s beautiful just like in the pictures.
Staff was helpful and friendly! We would definitely come back here again!
Amazing place and great staff. It was like an oasis where you get to escape the crowd and truely enjoy what ubud has to offer. The team was amazing and super helpful. Gave us a room upgrade and floating breakfast. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
We loved the beautiful gardens and accomodation and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issues we had was the very limited breakfast menu and room service menu, choice between beer and two cocktails and tv was all local shows so no movies or chill time in English. So much potential if these things were improved.
We booked a two pedroom with private pool. when we arrived we were told the two bed was under construction so they put us in the three bedroom with private pool - the pool was disgusting, green and full of slime. There were Gheko's in the rooms that repeatedley pooped on the beds and pillows, the Wi-Fi in the rooms did not work. We then saw them fully up a pool which was in the two bedroom unit (so it was never under construction). We did seem to be the only people there, so that was a plus as we had the main pool to ourselves. Not great though to sell a product and not deliver.

We booked the 2-bedroom villa.
Compliments to their staff. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help. They sent us a message to inform us ahead of time that their restaurant will not be available for the evening so we could plan accordingly. I asked them to unplug my sister's phone which she forgot to take with her to our tour. The staff immediately asked which room it was at and sent us a picture of the phone after it was unplugged. The staff at the restaurant packed our lunch for us on our first day because our driver was already waiting for us for our tour. They also provided us with adapters so we could charge our gadgets.
It was nice having our own private pool but the stairs were unstable and wobbly. Needs to be secured for safety! Also, our bathroom constantly needed repairs. The faucet in our bathroom sink started malfunctioning from day one. It stopped producing cold water and only had hot water. If we wanted cold water we had to turn the handle to the left (which was supposed to be for hot water) and very minimal water comes out! So it was hard to wash our face, hands, brush teeth etc. We called the front desk for repair. It was repaired the next day but didn't last. We had the same issue that night. This issue continued through our entire stay. The soap dish & towel rack were also obviously previously removed as the holes were they were supposed to be were visible. I requested for soap dish to be installed, which was done the next day. Needs more maintenance
I had a great stay here. The staff were amazing, always helpful and just lovely. The atmosphere was beautiful, like a quiet little oasis just a stone throw away from the business of the chaotic mainroads of Ubud. The pool area is lovely. Lots of greenery. I stayed in one of the wooden rooms wich was lovely. Very comfortable. My only "complaint " would be it said it had a private pool, but it didnt. I didnt ask about it as it really didnt bother me. The main pool area was never busy so really, wasnt a problem for me. Maybe it would have been disappointing if youre a couple wanting privacy but i was travelling solo so i was happy.
And even though the menu at the restaurant was limited, food was beautiful!!
The receceptionist Elfie is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Why I cannot give 5 stars unfortunately: when I checked in, the room was not properly cleaned, the floor was black, the toilet horrible. I paid 100€ per night & expect a clean stay. After my complaint, they directly cleaned it properly. But still cleaning in the corners etc was not given. Breakfast in the hotel I cannot recommend, go out on the street and enjoy the smoothie bars out there. The hotel is silently located, however, we all needed to sleep with airplugs as a chicken was making noise by 2am. Recommendation: if you walk back in the darkness, take better a grab bike as there are wild dogs who don’t like pedestrians. Mini bar was filled and included. Laundry was good and cheap. Thank you for the 8 days stay.
Ci tornerei
