"Breakfast was lacking, staff can't speak English. Elevator and common areas are pretty gross. Pool and hot tub are fine. The room is getting pretty outdated, I have stayed at this hotel for years and they have a problem with cars getting broken into in the parking lot and the staff always seem like they are half-awake."

"We stayed primarily for the hot tub. It broke two days in and they didn’t fix it. Just slapped a sign on the door. There was no breakfast even though there was an area for it. There was a restaurant/bar, which is common for holiday inns but it was permanently closed"

"They texted me upon checking in and asked how if they could improve my stay. I asked them to help with the thermostat that was at 74 and I wanted it cooler. No response. The front desk was physically taken out of the entrance with construction and when I went to the front “area” no one was there. I returned to my room and texted again. Again no response. The next day someone replied to my text and basically said too bad they can’t fix what they didn’t know was wrong and i should have called the front desk. I told them I tried it wasn’t even there and they said the people working were sick and that’s why there was no response. I asked for a discount and was told to pound sand. All this via the text app that they said wasn’t a good way to let them know about the thermostat. Whatever. No gym in use, no coffee in the morning because of construction and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. "

"Hotel was basic . No coffee makers in the room . They make buy digusting coffee for $4.50. Room service is a joke and the food is horrible. My room had a view of a roof top and an aitport . I did not find any amenities. Staff was either high of just didnt care . Theres is NOTHING special about this place . Hard beds . Small bathrooms . Save yourself some money and stay elsewhere "

"This place stinks, it should be a nonsmoking place and the entire place smells like cigarettes and marijana. The elevator was not working and the room they gave us was in the 3rd floor. We walked in and there was no one in the front desk to help us out, I had to call in to talk to someone and let them know we were waiting in the lobby waiting to be helped. Overall nothing like it was described online."
