Despite the highest temperatures of the year , the AC wasn’t working at its full capacity. The rooms, common areas like the restaurant, lobby, business center, and front desk were suffocating hot. The pets fee includes nothing; back when it was crowne plaza they provided a pack of bags to dispose your dog’s excrements and a nice necktie or ribbon. Even though there’s a sports bar within the venue it’s never open. Music by the pool it’s terribly outlet by a big and poorly equalized speaker.

La habitación estaba bastante amplia y limpia. Me gustó bastante. Punto malo, hicieron falta unas sillitas en el balcón. La alberca no es climatizada y la verdad se siente bastante fría cuando se llega a nublar un poco. Ahí si no me gusto. En las mañanas pasaban habitación por habitación tocando y diciendo chequeo de rutina, incluso cuando poníamos el no molestar. Si se me hace algo innecesario, ya que nos despertaban temprano y uno intenta descansar en vacaciones. Fuera de eso la ubicación se me hace conveniente, hay lugares cercanos, tiendas de conveniencia.
